2016 Puerto Rico Investment Summit | Speaker Lineup

The Puerto Rico Investment Summit, the Caribbean’s premier investor’s conference – revealed some exciting new additions to its 2016, two-day event, which include John Paulson, Michael Tennenbaum, Rudolph Giuliani, Nicholas Prouty and Jim Millstein.

Among the presenters and panelists is John Paulson, one of the first investors to choose Puerto Rico, who has made a big commitment to the Island with acquisitions and renovations including the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, the Condado Vanderbilt and La Concha hotels in San Juan, and other properties currently under development. Joining him for the first time is Michael Tennenbaum who recently chose Puerto Rico as a destination for business. Also scheduled to speak is Nicholas Prouty, one of the pioneers in Puerto Rico’s new economic era, with the purchase of the largest marina in the Caribbean and several apartment complexes in the heart of San Juan. The second day of conference will open with keynote by Rudolph Giuliani and be followed by a full day of breakout sessions.

Taking place on February 11th and 12th, 2016, and set in sunny Puerto Rico right in the middle of the winter season, the conference is a dynamic forum for investors featuring a full day of presentations and panels with tax attorneys and CPA’s, investors, and a federal judge, among others. The second day will provide specific breakout sessions on topics of interest such as Science, Technology, R&D, Aerospace, Infrastructure projects, Real Estate and Big Time Entertainment and Legal & CPA services for Export.

Investors are finding great opportunities in Puerto Rico not only for its great tax incentives, but also for the unique momentum being created by the economic landscape that the Island currently faces.

The event provides an unmatched forum for executives, tax experts, institutional investors, investment bankers and private equity professionals, and will expose people to a wider band of thinking toward Puerto Rico. There is no greater potential to learn about the tax incentive laws, investment opportunities and establish important contacts both from Puerto Rico and abroad.

The Puerto Rico Investment Summit is a private event that provides a unique platform where investors, executives, government and private companies meet. Over 1,000 people have already attended prior events, featuring presentations by more than 100 public and private companies. For more information please visit: prinvestmentsummit.com.
